    I’m pretty sure this is the Zuidertoren (South Tower) in Amsterdam, NL. Others will know for certain! – Milford

    I think it is the Wijnhuistoren in Zutphen, The Netherlands

    These were great guesses! I had to compare the photos very closely, because they have many similar elements. Turns out to be Nieuwe Toren in Kampen, NL
